At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

COOKIE POLICY

Last updated June 01, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Wins Rate ("Company," "we," "us," and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at http://winsrate.com ("Website"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.

In some cases we may use cookies to collect personal information, or that becomes personal information if we combine it with other information.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.

Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Wins Rate) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.

Why do we use cookies?

We use first- and third-party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Website to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Online Properties. Third parties serve cookies through our Website for advertising, analytics, and other purposes.

How can I control cookies?

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. You can exercise your cookie rights by setting your preferences in the Cookie Preference Center. The Cookie Preference Center allows you to select which categories of cookies you accept or reject. Essential cookies cannot be rejected as they are strictly necessary to provide you with services.

The Cookie Preference Center can be found in the notification banner and on our Website. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our Website though your access to some functionality and areas of our Website may be restricted. You may also set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies.

How can I control cookies on my browser?

As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information. The following is information about how to manage cookies on the most popular browsers:
In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. If you would like to find out more information, please visit:

What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear gifs"). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enables us to recognize when someone has visited our Website or opened an email including them. This allows us to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within a website to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to the website from an online advertisement, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of email marketing campaigns.

Do you use Flash cookies or Local Shared Objects?

Websites may also use so-called "Flash Cookies" (also known as Local Shared Objects or "LSOs") to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of our services, fraud prevention, and for other site operations.

If you do not want Flash Cookies stored on your computer, you can adjust the settings of your Flash player to block Flash Cookies storage using the tools contained in the Website Storage Settings Panel. You can also control Flash Cookies by going to the Global Storage Settings Panel and following the instructions.

Do you serve targeted advertising?

Third parties may serve cookies on your computer or mobile device to serve advertising through our Website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide relevant advertisements about goods and services that you may be interested in. The information collected through this process does not enable us or them to identify your name, contact details, or other details that directly identify you unless you choose to provide these.

How often will you update this Cookie Policy?

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please therefore revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.

The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.

Where can I get further information?

If you have any questions about our use of cookies or other technologies, please email us at winsratejournal@gmail.com or by post to:

About WinsRate

Our Story
Built by traders,
for traders who mean it.
WinsRate was born from a simple frustration: spreadsheets are painful, generic journals miss the point, and most tools track numbers without understanding the human behind the trades.
We're a team based in Tbilisi, Georgia — traders and engineers who got tired of losing edge not because of bad strategy, but because of bad self-awareness. Every blown account, every revenge trade, every FOMO entry — it was all happening without a mirror to reflect it back.
So we built WinsRate. Not just a trade log — a full behavioral analytics engine that connects your P&L to your psychology, your discipline to your outcomes, and your patterns to your potential.

Our Mission
"To give every serious trader the same edge that institutional desks have always had — complete, honest visibility into their own behavior, patterns, and performance."
What We Stand For
🎯
Radical Honesty
Your journal shouldn't make you feel good. It should make you better. We show you the data even when it's uncomfortable.
🧠
Psychology First
Markets don't break traders. Traders break traders. We treat emotional and behavioral data as seriously as price and P&L.
Built for Speed
Logging a trade should take 30 seconds, not 5 minutes. We designed every interaction around the reality of active trading.
🔒
Your Data, Your Control
We will never sell your trading data. Ever. What you log is yours — private, portable, and protected.

Help & User Guide

A complete, field-by-field guide to every screen and button in WinsRate. Tap any topic below to jump straight to it.

1. Getting Started

Click Log In in the top navigation bar, then switch to the Sign Up tab (or click Get Started → on the homepage to land there directly). The sign-up form asks for your Email Address, a Password (a strength meter appears as you type, with an eye icon to reveal it), Confirm Password, and a required checkbox agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions — both open in their own window without losing your place. Submit to be taken straight into the Journal.

To log back in, use the Log In tab with your email and password. Forgotten it? Use Forgot password? directly under the password field.

WinsRate is free to explore with sample data; full access is a paid subscription — see Section 15 for the three plans and exactly what happens when you trial, subscribe, or cancel. To sign out, open your account/profile Settings menu and use Log Out at the bottom of its sidebar.

2. The Public Website (Landing Page)

Top navigation: the logo returns you home; Home, Pricing, FAQ, Contact smooth-scroll to that section; Blog opens the article list; Journal (the highlighted tab) opens the app directly; ⚙ Customize opens the appearance drawer even before you log in; Log In / Get Started → open the auth window on the matching tab. On narrow screens these collapse into a ☰ menu.

Hero: tagline, "Start Journaling →" / "Explore Platform" buttons, a live trust-stat counter, and a floating preview card with sample equity/win-rate/Sharpe figures purely for demonstration.
Platform Features: four cards — Advanced Trade Logging, Setup Classification, Market Context Engine, Screenshot & Replay.
Analytics Demo: a full mock-up dashboard (period tabs, KPI strip, equity curve, heatmap, recent trades) showing what the real dashboard looks like. It uses illustrative demo data — your real numbers live inside the Journal app (Section 7).
Psychology / AI sections: introduce the behavioral-tracking and AI-coaching concepts that are fully functional once you're inside the Journal.
Pricing, Testimonials, FAQ, Contact: the three subscription tiers (Section 15), a testimonial carousel, an FAQ accordion, and a contact form (Name, Email, Subject, Message).
Footer: Product links, Company links (About, Careers, Blog, Contact — Section 16), and Legal links (Privacy, Terms, Cookie Policy, Consent Preferences — Section 16).

3. Entering the Journal & the Toolbar

Click Journal, Start Journaling →, or Get Started → to enter the app. A ← Back to site button at the top-left always returns you to the homepage without logging you out. Across the top of every Journal screen:

Trading Journal title — with a "LOCAL DATABASE · AUTO-SAVED" status note confirming everything saves automatically.
Journal Input / Journal / Analytics — the segmented control switching the three working modes (Sections 5–8).
⚙ Customize — opens the appearance drawer (Section 13).
↥ Import — opens the CSV/Excel import wizard (Section 10).
Clear ▾ — a menu with Delete Multiple… (turns on bulk-select), Clear this account only, and Clear all accounts; each is confirmed before anything is deleted.
↧ Export CSV — instantly downloads your visible trade history as a spreadsheet.

4. Trading Accounts (Account Workspace)

WinsRate supports several independent trading accounts at once — live, demo, funded/prop-firm, backtesting, or paper — each with its own balance, goals, and trade history. The workspace bar sits under the toolbar in Journal Input mode.

Account switcher: shows the active account with a status dot; click to open a drop-down and instantly swap every chart and table to a different account's data.
Health strip: Balance, P&L, Month / Total return %, Max DD (drawdown, turns red above 10%), and Goal progress (if a monthly goal % is set).
+ New Account: a 2-step wizard — Step 1 choose a type (Live, Demo, Funded, Backtesting, Paper); Step 2 fill in Account Name (required), Starting Balance (required), Broker/Prop Firm, Platform, Monthly Goal %, Max Daily Loss $, and Notes.
⚙ Accounts: opens the management list to edit or remove any account, reopening the same field set as creation.

5. Logging a Trade (Journal Input Form)

The left panel of Journal Input mode. Every field is optional except P&L (the minimum needed for a trade to count in your stats) — the more you fill in, the richer your analytics and AI coaching become.

Symbol: type a ticker; suggestions and previously-used symbols appear as quick-select chips.
Direction: LONG / SHORT toggle.
Advanced Details (toggle): Entry Price, Exit Price, Position Size, Fees/Slippage, Stop Loss.
P&L: realized profit/loss in dollars (e.g. 250 or -80).
Risk ($): what you risked — once present alongside P&L (or Entry/Stop), the Reward-to-Risk (R:R) ratio is calculated automatically.
Result: a chip picker — Win, Lose, Breakeven, or Partial.
Strategy / Setup: a searchable chip picker for your playbook (e.g. "VWAP Reclaim," "Breakout"); type a new name to add it on the fly, instantly available across every filter and chart.
Session: the same chip-picker pattern for trading session/market (e.g. New York, London, Asia).
Date / Entry Time / Exit Time: power the Best Trading Hours and time-of-day heatmap analytics.
Emotion Timeline: three stages — Before, During (LIVE — add multiple states as the trade evolves), and After — tag with built-in or custom emotions (Calm, Focused, Confident, Anxious, FOMO, Greedy, Fearful, etc.).
Confidence & Discipline: tick "Rate confidence & discipline for this trade" to reveal two 1–10 sliders driving the Discipline vs P&L chart.
Revenge Trade? / FOMO Trade?: Yes/No flags feeding the Behavioral Patterns engine and the AI Coach's /mistakes command.
Journal Notes: a rich-text editor (Bold, Highlight, bullet List, checklist Task) plus an ✦ AI Notes Analysis button that returns a discipline score, emotional-bias label, tone, detected mistakes/patterns, and one sharp insight.
Chart Screenshots: drag-and-drop or browse to attach one or more images per trade (Section 11).
+ Add Trade: saves instantly — no reload, charts and the KPI strip update immediately.

6. Charts, Table & Performance Rail

Above the form area, a KPI strip shows Total P&L, Win Rate, Profit Factor, Expectancy, Avg Win/Loss, Total Trades, and Avg Duration for the active account.

Visual Analytics: four live charts — Equity Curve, Win/Loss donut, Strategy Performance, and Discipline vs P&L scatter — redraw the instant you add, edit, or delete a trade.
Trade History Table: search by symbol/notes; filter by Setup, Result, Emotion, or date range; click any column header to sort; the leftmost checkbox column enables multi-select; the Shot column flags attached screenshots; Actions lets you view/edit/delete each trade; results are paginated.
Performance Rail: a sidebar with Performance metrics, Strategy Win Rate, Behavior (detected costly habits), Timing, and Win/Loss Streaks — each block has a small "×" to hide it (re-enable from the Widgets picker in Analytics mode).

7. Analytics Mode & the Widget Catalog

Switch the segmented control to Analytics for a full, independent dashboard. A timeframe bar (All / Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly / Custom) and an account-scope filter sit at the top, alongside a ▦ Widgets button that opens a checklist to toggle and reorder every module:

WidgetWhat it shows
InsightsBalanced, automatically-generated behavioral insights with estimated dollar cost.
Performance MetricsNet P&L, Total P&L %, Win Rate, Profit Factor, Expectancy, Avg Win/Loss, totals, Avg Duration, Avg R:R.
Win / Loss StreaksCurrent and best win/loss streaks with flame icons.
Equity CurveCumulative P&L line chart.
Win / Loss BreakdownDonut chart of wins vs. losses.
Strategy PerformanceWin rate and P&L by strategy tag.
Discipline vs P&LScatter correlating discipline ratings with outcomes.
Session PerformancePerformance by trading session tag.
P&L HeatmapProfitability grid by hour and day.
Monthly P&L CalendarCalendar colored by each day's net result.
Performance by Time of DayYour most/least profitable hours.
Trade DistributionVolume breakdown across symbols/setups.
AI Daily BriefingAn AI-written recap of recent activity.
Behavioral PatternsFOMO, revenge trading, missing stops, and more — with severity and cost.
Performance (side rail)The same Performance rail from Section 6, mounted into Analytics.

8. Journal Mode (Card View) & Trade Detail

Switch to Journal for a visual, diary-style card view of your trades. Filter by search text, Result, Strategy, Direction, Account, or date range; click any card to open the full-screen Trade Detail Overlay (← Back, breadcrumb, ✎ Edit, ✕ Delete — Escape also closes it). Activating Delete Multiple… from the Clear ▾ menu turns the grid into select mode for bulk deletion.

9. Editing, Deleting & Confirmations

The Edit Trade window reuses every field from the New Trade form, pre-filled with current values. Every destructive action anywhere in WinsRate — deleting one or many trades, clearing an account, cancelling a subscription, deleting your user account — shows a styled confirmation window first, explaining exactly what will happen, with a clear secondary Cancel and a clearly marked destructive confirm button. Nothing is removed from a single click.

Tip: toggle "Confirm before deleting a trade" off in Customize (Section 13) to skip the prompt when cleaning up test data quickly.

10. Importing & Exporting Data

Import: click ↥ Import → drop or browse a .csv/.tsv/.xlsx/.xls file (download the template first if unsure of the layout) → review the auto-matched column mapping with a live preview (Symbol is required; map either P&L or both Entry & Exit) → confirm to import. A summary reports how many rows imported, how many were skipped, and why. Imported trades carry a small "CSV" badge.

Export: ↧ Export CSV in the toolbar downloads your visible trade history as a spreadsheet at any time; Download Account Data in Settings → Data & Privacy exports everything — trades, accounts, analytics — as one JSON file.

11. Screenshots & the Screenshot Viewer

Attach screenshots per-trade in the trade form (drag-and-drop or browse, multiple allowed). Click any thumbnail — from the form, the table's Shot column, a card, or the detail overlay — to open the full-screen viewer: a thumbnail strip across the top, ‹ / › navigation (also left/right arrow keys), a ⬇ Download button, a caption/counter, and × Close (Escape also works).

12. AI Trade Intelligence Coach

The floating chat bubble opens an AI assistant with read-only access to your own logged trades — never market predictions or financial advice. Modes: 💬 Chat (free-form), ⚡ Daily Insight, 📅 Weekly Review, 🧠 Behavior. The "new conversation" icon clears the chat; the close icon minimizes it back to the bubble.

CommandReturns
/summaryA full performance snapshot.
/edgeBest- and worst-performing setups, ranked.
/mistakesCostliest behavioral patterns (FOMO, revenge trading, tilt).
/disciplineHow discipline ratings relate to actual profitability.
/helpLists all commands.

Quick-tap suggestion chips (e.g. "Best setup?") sit below the input box so you don't have to type a full question.

13. Customize (Appearance) Drawer

Open from ⚙ Customize on the site or in the Journal toolbar.

Appearance: Theme (Dark / Midnight / Light) and Accent Color (six swatches: Emerald, Blue, Violet, Gold, Rose, Cyan).
Trading Preferences: Default Risk per Trade ($) pre-fills the Risk field on new trades.
Journal Defaults: Auto-fill entry time; Confirm before deleting a trade.
Performance & Motion: toggle background particles, the cursor glow effect, and general animations/transitions.

↺ Reset Defaults restores everything; choices save automatically as you make them.

14. Account Settings Panel

A separate multi-tab window for your personal account, billing, and data, with three tabs:

Profile & Security: avatar upload/remove, Full Name, Email, Change Password, and a "Forgot your old password?" link that emails a 6-digit reset code.
Data & Privacy: Download Account Data (JSON), Export Trading History (CSV), and Delete Account (irreversible, in its own Danger Zone with confirmation).
Subscription: current plan badge/description/features, Change Plan / View Plans, Cancel Subscription (Section 15), and a Payment History table.
Subscription: current plan badge/description/features, Change Plan / View Plans, Cancel Subscription (Section 15), and a Payment History table.

17. Glossary of Metrics

TermMeaning
Win RatePercentage of logged trades that closed as a win.
Profit FactorGross profit ÷ gross loss; above 1.0 means wins outweigh losses in dollars.

18. Quick Tips

Tag a Strategy and Session on every trade, even quickly — the matching widgets get dramatically more useful with consistent tagging.
Turn on Confidence & Discipline ratings for a few weeks; the Discipline vs P&L scatter is one of the fastest ways to see whether your gut feel predicts outcomes.
Download the CSV template before importing — matching its column names exactly means zero manual mapping.
Escape closes the Screenshot Viewer and the Trade Detail Overlay; left/right arrow keys step through screenshots.
Ask the AI Coach "/help" any time you forget the slash commands.
